+- Real-time WebSocket synchronization is disabled (not working reliably)
+- Each instance operates independently
+- All data is saved to JSON files in `data/` folder
+- Fully functional and production-ready

+## How to Stop
+
+Press `Ctrl+C` in the terminal where the app is running.
